You can order directly on Alfarok Honey and pay cash when your order arrives. You can also buy through Amazon, where Amazon handles payment and delivery.

Prices are shown in Qatari riyals. Delivery is free. We acknowledge every direct order by email before dispatch.

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. We’ll contact you to arrange delivery to the address you entered at checkout.

You’ll receive an email when we receive your order. If anything changes, we’ll contact you using the email or phone number you gave us.

You can return items within 30 days of delivery, in their original condition and packaging. Email us at alfarokhoney@gmail.com to start a return.

For cash-on-delivery orders, we’ll arrange the refund with you after we receive the item. Amazon orders follow Amazon’s return process.

If something arrives damaged, defective or different from its description, email us at alfarokhoney@gmail.com with your order number and a photo, and we’ll help you sort it out. For Amazon orders, include the Amazon order number too.

We collect only what we need to run your account, fulfil your orders and send the emails you ask for. We never sell or rent your personal information.

What we collect

• Account details: your name, your email address and your password, which is stored only as a secure hash. If you sign in with email links, we don’t store a password at all.
• Order details: the name, email address, phone number and delivery address you enter at checkout, and the items you ordered.
• Sign-in sessions: the IP address and browser of each signed-in session, to keep your account secure.
• Email preferences: whether you’ve unsubscribed from our messages.

We don’t receive card or bank details, because direct orders are paid in cash on delivery. Amazon handles payment for Amazon orders.

How we use it

• To sign you in and protect your account, including limiting repeated sign-in attempts.
• To prepare, confirm and deliver your orders, including by email or phone.
• To send account emails, such as confirmation links, sign-in links and password resets.
• To send occasional emails about new products. Each one has an unsubscribe link that works in one click.

Who processes it

A few providers help us run the store: our PostgreSQL hosting provider stores the database, Resend delivers our emails, and our hosting provider serves the site. They process data only to provide these services to us.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from our messages at any time. To see, correct or delete your account data, email us at alfarokhoney@gmail.com. Alfarok Honey isn’t intended for children under 13.

We use only the cookies the site needs to work: sign-in cookies keep you signed in, and a language cookie remembers your language. Your light or dark theme choice and your cart are saved on your device. We don’t use advertising or analytics cookies, and there are no third-party trackers on this site.

When you follow a link to Amazon, Amazon’s own cookie policy applies there.

Alfarok Honey sells products directly and also links to some listings on Amazon. We work to keep descriptions, photos and prices accurate, but we may correct errors and update availability at any time.

Direct orders are paid in cash on delivery and are acknowledged by email. Amazon orders are made on Amazon and governed by Amazon’s Conditions of Use and Sale.
